Identify the core principles
Bridging the gap between the front office and the sporting side is crucial for the club’s success. Through workshops with Rot-Weiss Essen, we have developed shared principles that unite everyone — building a strong foundation for a future shaped by common values.

Principle Workshops
Together, we decided that it is important to identify the seven core principles for the whole staff of the club: "Unsere 07". These principles were developed in a set of interactive workshops.
