Customized Self-Assessment based on your own WHY

Our Customized Self-Assessment uses Flow Radar to scan the functional, social and emotional aspects of your organization - leadership, strategy and team dynamics. Each of them actually based on your organization's WHY. Like an MRI, it identifies where alignment is lacking, engagement is weak or team cohesion is strained. By using our proven framework, it helps you focus on what matters most to drive lasting progress and resilience.
The new starting point is a 2-day WHY-Workshop
The mission is to uncover your organization's WHY in advance in oder to calibrate all sensors of our Flow Radar software according to the results of your WHY workshop. This makes the final results of the self-assessment significantly more accurate and deeply personal. The Customized Self-Assessment concludes with a customized diagnosis report compared to a standard report in the standard self-assessment.
