Welcome to an autonomous universe built on Zero-G-Contracts

With the reboot phase, we create a system that enables companies and organizations to migrate into an almost self-controlling and self-learning operation mode based on their Jobs-To-Be-Done. Management intervention will still be necessary, but in a different way than we are used to in todays business. The tension between intuitive action and organisational or structural constraints disappears. In the end, companies remain functional even when established structures fail (due to internal or external events).

Infinity Approach

Creating a system that continuously adapts and renews itself

For any entrepreneur or manager who is an ethical thinker, his company is more than just a short-term profit-making venture. There comes a time where the real businessman will recognize how finite todays growth strategies are - and which problems they cause. Implementing an "Infinity Approach" instead of short-term objectives is less esoteric than it sounds: the system should organize itself around its corporate purpose and adapt to externalities almost automatically. The stages of the "Infinity Approach" are virtually identical to the classic strategy process. But the way things are conducted makes the difference.

The ViewPoint APP is the main control center an business intelligence tool within the Aquila System Trilogy and handles

  • all tasks during the reboot phase (steps 1 - 6) as well as
  • operational interventions and disruptions by management in order to guide operations and provides a powerful
  • operations monitoring.

The ViewPoint-APP supports all steps of development, simulation and operations control in an integrative and easy to use way (steps 1 - 6 right).

Step 1

Horizontal and vertical integration level

The first step is to determine where and how the new concept of corporate management (according to Jobs-To-Be-Done) shall take effect. It is specified how the activities and procedures are to be integrated along the value chain.

Step 2

Zero-G-Contract Factory

Zero-G-Contracts represent the horizontal integration concept. They provide a kind of  interface for external (customers) and internal (company) Jobs-To-Be-Done. Zero-G-Contracts use certain elements known from classic contracts, but in a quite new way. Those zero-G contracts will be systematically developed and configured in step 2.

Step 3

Tasks and Procedures

As soon as the Zero-G-Contracts have reached a stable beta level, required activities and procedures are developed and assigned to the Zero-G-Contracts in operational sequences. This step defines the vertical integration level.

Step 4

Activate the Com-Multiplexer

The Com-Multiplexer is an autonomic sub-system that controls the distribution of tasks. The Com-Mulitplexer provides different operation modes (e.g. emergency mode) and distribution algorithms (e.g. workload limitation).

Step 5

Walk-Trough and Simulation

In step 5 the software performs a systematic walk-through a final simulation run.

Step 6

Configuration of the Intervention and Monitoring System

All actions taken on a continuous basis simultaneously create a situational structure in the company and vice versa. This mechanism needs to be observed by managers and it must be possible to disturb / influence it by intervention (see blink 3). The required instruments are configured and calibrated in step 6.
